How heavy are they?
17 g without strap – light enough to take on every single run.
What are they made of?
Skin-friendly, durable PETG. Developed, tested and made in Switzerland.
Can I choose my colours?
Yes. RunStix come in black, white or red, straps in black or green – six combos to match your style.
Are the carrying straps included?
Yes, the carrying straps come with your RunStix. They are removable and adjustable. Need a spare pair or a second colour? Find them here: Carrying straps.
Are there different sizes?
RunStix come in size medium as standard. Need small or large? Just email us at info@trialab.shop – we make them for you at no extra cost.
Can I use RunStix in competition?
Yes. RunStix are used at European and World Championships, in international triathlon series and even at the Olympic Games.
How do I clean my RunStix?
Simply rinse them with water – done.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, you get a 2-year warranty. If anything is defective, contact us at info@trialab.shop.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days to Switzerland and the EU. International shipments may take longer depending on customs clearance.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Switzerland is free on orders from CHF 90. Otherwise, shipping costs depend on your delivery address and are shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (where available).
Will I pay customs duties?
For orders shipped outside Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. Contact us at info@trialab.shop with your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the item, we refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
My item arrived damaged – what now?
